职位描述：
Summary:
To be responsible for transferring new products and processes from Cree’s US-based development center to our China-based pilot manufacturing line and subsequent preparation for high volume manufacturing

Responsibilities:
? Work with Durham-based development team and Huizhou-based manufacturing team to successfully hand-off processes from the US to China
? Effectively manage multiple, simultaneous qualifications
? A hands-on contributor who can drive well thought-out and developed projects through completion
? An ability to both analyze large sets of data and dive into minute details of the process to quickly understand the issues at hand.
? Effectively communicate ongoing activities with both local and international teams in both written and oral formats
? Conduct root cause investigations, failure analysis and corrective action reporting and implementation



Position Requirements:
? Bachelors degree or higher in Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronic Engineering or other relevant subject
? 5 years or more of experience with microelectronics manufacturing equipment and processes
? Volume chip/wire based component or module production experience
? Strong product engineering mindset
? Expertise at LED component or module materials and production
? Good communication and project management skills
? This position is based in Huizhou, China
? Fluency in Mandarin and English
? Extensive PC and software user skills, Knowledge at JMP is preferable.
? Ability to stay-in-residence in the US for weeks at a time as part of a process transfer
