Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient day to day Operations in areas including Logistics, customer services, shipping in Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Develop plans to strengthen company’s Logistics operation process, service delivery and operation effectiveness and efficiency
- Maintain the relationships with Logistics service providers
- Conduct operations review with Mexico Operations Management Team
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
- Report directly to the Operations Director
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum six years’ experience in operations environment, such as Hub, Warehouse, Sorting Center, etc….
- Knowledge and experience in China operations is preferable
- Proven track record of continuous improvement and people management
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Independent, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Fluent written & spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Candidate with less experience may consider for a junior position
