职位描述：
As part of the ASC (Accounting Service Center) of Lumentum, this function will be part of the Global Procure-to-Procurement (P2P) team and be responsible for the following day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) process:
Process Duty and Tax payments to Custom
New Vendor Setup (updates the bank information) via DataWorkflow
Prepare and process Inter-Company Netting payments
Prepare weekly Cash Forecast
Process and Import/Interface SDM Invoices
Be involved in Month-end / Quarter-end Close process:
-> Clear all Unaccounted Transactions
-> Payables Open Interface Workflow
-> Create Intercompany AP Invoices
-> Run all import jobs:
-> Payables Open Interface Import IPR ISO
-> Payables Open Interface Import, ERS
-> Pay On Receipt Auto Invoice
-> Invoice Validation
-> Mass Additions Create
-> Payables Accounting Process
-> Posted or Transfer to GL
-> Make sure all import jobs above are on hold 举报 分享
