HR Executive

人力资源专员

Responsibilities：

* Responsible for full spectrum of HR function

* Administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, performance appraisal, salary adjustment, resignation and exits interview

* Ensure proper and accurate filing of employee records

* Standardize and manage employee benefits, insurance enrolment and cancellation etc

* Manage recruitment process including preparing job description, posting advertisement, shortlisting applicants, interview arrangement, new employee orientation etc

* Communicate with employee on benefit scheme, company policy and employee relationship management

* Other ad-hoc projects or duties assigned by supervisor

职位职责：

* 负责人力资源相关的各项工作

* 管理工作协议、录用确认信、绩效考核、薪酬调整、辞职以及面试退出

* 确保正确和准确的雇员记录备案

* 规范和管理员工福利，保险登记和注销等

* 管理招聘流程，包括准备工作说明，发布广告，甄选申请人，面试安排，新员工培训等

* 与员工沟通福利计划、公司政策，员工关系管理

* 其他特设项目或由主管分配的职责

Requirements：

* College degree preferably in Human Resources or other related discipline

* Minimum 3 years related human resources experience with foreign company

* Good knowledge of HR general practice

* Strong interpersonal and communication skill

职位要求：

* 大专以上学历，人力资源或其他相关专业为佳

* 至少3年在外国公司进行相关人力资源工作的经验

* 熟悉人力资源的实际工作方法

* 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
