职位描述：
Responsibility:

- Understand and define the interface with other function teams while going through GD&T work.
- 理解并定义如何与其他部门合作来完成几何尺寸的工作。
- Analyze functions of BIW, trims and other parts of car body, complete car DTS verify.
- 分析白车身，装饰件和其他车身零件，整车间隙面差验证。
- Analyze feasibility of production process, make dimension chains of car body.
- 通过分析制造可行性来完成车身尺寸链的工作。
- Make RPS system (or MCP/MCS) for sheet metal parts and trim parts for assembly.
- 为冲压件，装饰件制作主定位系统。
- Make measurement method and specifications for sheet metal parts, trims and BIW.
- 为冲压件，装饰件和白车身制作测量计划和特殊要求。
- Output GD&T technical document.
- 输出几何尺寸技术文件。
- Make Engineering Changing Requirement document concerning GD&T.
- 制作几何尺寸相关的工程调整要求。
- Assist team leader for internal and external discussion/meeting.
- 协助团队主管参加内外部的技术讨论会。
- Define guidlines for GD&T work in project
- 能够定义项目里的几何尺寸工作指导书。

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above in vehicle engineering/mechanical engineering.
- 本科文凭或对等的工程师文凭
- 3-5 years projects experience in GD&T.
- 几何尺寸领域3 到5 年工作经验
- Skill in using related software such as 3DCS.
- 使用相关软件经验，如3DCS
- Profound knowledge of simultaneous development process in the automotive industry.
- 汽车工业工艺模拟知识
- Experienced in manufacture feasibility.
- 工业制造可行性经验
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- 英文流利
- Positive, honest, team-work spirit.
