Sales Planning Specialist/ Manager

Responsibilities

· Work directly with the Global Sales Planners and VP Sales to develop sales forecast and revenues.

· Sales forecast and analyze the data with regional sales managers on realistic sell through, trends and promotion.

· Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of forecast accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts

· Track new product availability and inform the Regional Sales Managers.

· Highlight risk and opportunities to maximize month revenues.

· Allocation of short supplies to the regions.

· Provide MTD / YTD revenue – dollar check vs target to the regions.

· Manage inventory for sales orders and allocation to customers

· Ageing and slow move inventory track and highlight to regions

· Watch inventory levels and adjust sales forecasts according

· Consolidate sales orders on time for monthly shipment cut off.

· Ensure purchase orders are fulfilled on time

· Prepare monthly overview of supply & demand.

· Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecast report.

· Provide monthly consolidation and publication to order management.

· Prepare monthly shipment by SKUs report and weekly allocation report.

Requirements

· Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or Supply Chain Management

· Min 3 years of relevant working experience in sales planning with emphasis on sales revenue forecasting.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Highly analytical

· Expert Excel skills a must

· Knowledge of SAP an advantage

· Those with more than 6 years on related experience will be considered for the Manager position.
