Community Executive / Manager

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining Razer China community site and managing online contents

· Developing, monitoring, and growing the Razer community in China

· Connect with the Razer community and fans through engaging posts on various channels including Razer site, Weibo, Renren, QQ, blogs and other form of online engagement

· Create and manage contests and giveaways to excite and drive traffic to our community outlets

· Manage all queries that come through our community channels and work with internal departments to ensure those queries are addressed

· Write engaging posts for the Razer community channels

· Attend Razer gaming events and update the community channels with photos, videos, and written posts

· Stay up to date on the latest gaming trends and games

· Report feedbacks and suggestions from the community to relevant department for improvement

· Manage sponsored pro-teams to ensure that the teams represent the Razer brand in all the tournaments that they participate in and the media that they have presence in

· Work with Global e-sports team in coordinating events and partnerships with third-party e-sports teams and organizers

· Research trends, keep up with the latest developments in e-sports, and create proposals for future tournament events

· Work with the Razer global e-sports manager to support our teams and increase visibility

· Work with marketing team to coordinate online advertising message

· Work with vendors / partners to work on cutting edge social media activity to further reach out to the gaming community

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years community, social media marketing, and content creation experience

· Passion for playing games and a deep understanding of gaming culture

· Experience with the local gaming community

· Understanding of customer service and how to communicate with end users

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Fluent in English and Chinese

· Those with more than 6 years on related experience will be considered for the Manager position.
