职位要求：
该职位主要负责项目的暖通动力、给排水及消防专业的设计及现场管理，并确保其工作专业、安全及高效。

职责：
1.按要求准备工程招标投标文件；
2.在质量、进度、预算等方面对设计院进行管理；
3.参与招标投标技术澄清及评标工作；
4.协助成本估算、采购及变更管理；
5.现场施工管理；
6.负责项目现场竣工验收、调试等；
7.审查承包商的相关送审文件；
8.监督现场的施工进度，确保里程碑的实现。如有延迟，提供建议以加快进度满足要求。

资格要求：
1.本科及以上，暖通、给排水或相关专业；
2.10年以上相关工作经验；
3.能适应公司业务需求；
4.具有创造性、团队意识及积极主动的工作态度；
5.能熟练使用相关软件及工具；
6.熟练的中英文表达能力

JOB OBJECTIVES:
The position will be assigned to projects in execution in design and field supervision to take over functions in monitoring Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing & Fire-fighting works and ensuring all executed in a professional, safety and effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Engineering tender/bid document preparation as required;
2. Local design institute supervision in aspect of quality, schedule, budget etc.
3. Participate in technical clarification and bid evaluation;
4. Assist in cost estimation, procurement and change order management;
5. Supervise field construction activities;
6. Conduct installation completion inspection, commissioning & testing;
7. Review related submissions provided by contractors;
8. Monitor construction progress ensuring milestone achieved and advise actions to improve and catch up if any delay occurs.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree and/or above with major in HVAC, Plumbing & FF or related;
2. 10+ years work experiences in engineering field;
3. Be willing in functional change per company business strategy;
4. Creative, teamwork in mind and self-motivated;
5. Skilled in relevant software and tools;
6. Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese skills 举报 分享
