岗位职责：
1. 在上级的主管和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2. 每月及时、准确的准备薪资计算相关的数据并提交至财务部计薪组；
3. 准确、及时地完成薪资、福利等相关调研工作，制作相关报表；
4. 严格贯彻执行公司薪资福利制度，并能持续改进；
5. 协助上级主管进行相关项目的制订、实施与改善；
6. 及时了解掌握与薪酬福利相关的各项政策信息，并能及时提出相应的调整方案；
7. 上级交办的其他事宜。
任职条件：
A recognized Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Management Studies with major in Human Resource.
A minimum of 2 years’ related experience, preferably manufactory (with more than 500 employees).
Modest and Prudent Proficient in excel. 举报 分享
