职位描述：
Provide the technical support for inside sales and outside customers, provide re-mote or onsite services to customers, and help sales get product or spare parts orders.
1. Provide the technical support for sales, including technical proposal, technical evaluation, machine (E & M) data and process (performance) data etc.
2. Provide onsite services to new user of KM machines, like installation, commissioning, basic training etc.
3. Work on technical issues for on-call service, remote diagnosis, and onsite troubleshooting and repair service.
4. Conduct professional training, machine inspection, preventive measures and condition monitoring to customers.
5. In charge of fast-response service, E & M upgrading, upgrade commissioning.
6. Responsible for customer plant setup consulting, relocation, conversions, retrofitting and on-site engineer services.
7. Provide solution on customer upgrade or replacement request.
8. Complete the related report per request.

Requirements:
Education College degree or above in mechanical and electrical integration
Ability Open mind, accountability, self -discipline, quicker learner, team working
1. Knowledge of Extrusion Machine
2. Knowledge in PC as power point, Excel, Word and etc.
3. Skills in communication & interpersonal
4. Presentation skills and negotiation skills
5. Language Skills in English and Mandarin
