Responsibilities:
-Manage the full range of HR activities and operations, plan HR strategies, policies etc.;
负责全方位的HR工作,统筹规划人力资源战略及政策;
-Recommend and lead performance management programs for the personal development of employees;
制定绩效考核、人员发展方案;
-Lead on all Recruitment and Selection process, implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants, establish and strengthen the company’s talent pool;
负责招聘工作及招聘流程把控,用合适的招聘渠道吸引人才,建立及完善企业人才库;
-Conduct training plans, monitor and support training programs;
建立培训制度,监督及支持培训项目;
-Make proposal for benefit programs, support on annual personnel budgeting process and forecasts, also on monthly C&B process;
制定、改善薪资福利方案,进行人力成本计算及预测,发放员工薪资;
-Address and resolve employee relations difficulties by providing expert HR advice in complex and high risk cases;
运用专业的HR知识解决复杂、高风险的劳动关系问题,提出有效建议及解决方案;
-Maintain a positive company culture through creative activities, team building events etc.
通过组织员工活动等建立积极向上的企业文化。
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
-College degree or above with a minimum of 5 years’ solid HR Management/BP working experience;
大专或以上学历,5年以上人力资源工作经验;
-Familiar with Chinese Labor Law and the common HR practices;
对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践,熟悉劳动法律法规;
-Fluent in English (written and oral);
英语口语、书写熟练;
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
优秀的沟通协调能力;
-Initiative and able to work in a fast paced environment and deal effectively with change.
较强的工作主动性,能适应快节奏的工作环境。
上班地点:东莞。
