职位描述：
职位要求：
1、四年以上外贸销售经验，两年以上团队管理经验；
2、英语熟练，CET-4或以上。独立开发客户经验，熟练应用网络营销平台的应用和搜索，有电子产品外销推广经验者优先；
3、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
4、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
5、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；
6、有团队协作精神，善于挑战。
岗位职责：
1、带领外贸部积极开拓国际市场，联系国外客户，寻求订单，并领导商务谈判与签订合同。
2、负责外贸定单的洽谈、签约、单证审核、定单管理、运输、报关、收汇等。
3、负责对外贸定单的评估、跟踪、管理和风险控制。
4、负责外贸业务流程管理和风险控制。
5、负责所接定单的生产和货源，货物检验、商检报关等过程的跟踪，及时处理各环节出现的问题。
6、负责客户资料的整理，做好客户要求的及时反馈和处理。
7、负责合同履行过程中紧急意外情况的妥善处理。
8、负责下属业务员的培养和指导。
