职位描述：
1、负责公司PCB文件和原理图文件的整理和归档工作，建立公司内部PCB文档库；
2、根据需求编写PCB规范、工艺相关文件，改进工艺方法，及时修订现场使用的PFMEA 、CP，对员工进行相应培训，提升员工操作技能；
3、参与主要材料的认证、试用、使用工作，协助处理各种用于产品加工的物料工艺技术要求、监控、评估物料使用质量，制定消耗标准；
4、解决打样和批量生产中的PCB工艺问题，分析和技术积累；
5、协助研发人员做一些力所能及的工作，服从领导的工作安排。
任职要求
1、大专以上学历，电子、通信、电子制造工艺等相关专业，2年以上PCB行业工作经验；
2、熟悉各种电子元器件以及PCB、PCBA的生产制造工艺流程，并能参与解决其生产制造工艺问题；
3、熟练使用PCB相关软件，如cadence、genesis2000、CAM、prte199se。
