- Serve and manage the allocated customers’ account to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled
and satisfied.
- Handle order entry after Sales Department verified the part number and selling price
- Verify stock availability and advised customer on order delivery date.
- Work with Technical Service department for new part number creation. Execute customer’s order amendment / cancellation or expedite and arrange for customers’ goods return.
- Handle customer’s complaints and monitor delivery status to prevent order overdue.
- Manage customers’ stocking program to ensure sufficient inventory to support customers schedule.
Requirements
- College or above standard
(fresh graduate may be consider too)
- Have clerical working experience
- Able to communicate in English – especially in E-mail Correspondence
- Fast leaner, able to work under pressure, hardworking, independence and a good team player.
- Have valid Hong Kong Entry Visa will be an advantage
