职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责所辖区域金融行业（包括银行、保险、证券）客户的拓展开发，建立和保持长期良好的合作关系；
2. 充分调动积极因素，努力促进团队合作，承担并完成团队销售目标；
3. 及时了解客户需求，挖掘客户对IT项目的需求，高效、灵活地完成销售任务，为客户提供全面整合的咨询解决方案，并配合提供高品质服务；
4. 完成公司产品或方案推介，将产品知识及时准确地传递给客户，保证客户满意度；
5. 进行科学化客户管理，充分挖掘客户辐射潜力；
6. 定期对本职位工作进行总结，并针对客源拓展提出合理化建议。
任职要求：
1. 本科（统招）及以上学历，至少年10以上销售管理经验，5年以上大金融行业应用软件、IT硬件、系统及服务等销售经验。有企业级SaaS软件销售经验者优先；
2. 带领过10人以上销售团队，管理业绩超过4000万人民币；
3. 熟悉大金融行业的销售模式
4. 熟悉行业监管政策，有招投标经验。
5. 良好的沟通能力，对内协调研发和售前资源，对外维护有效的客户关系
6. 具备丰富的人际沟通技巧、优秀的营销计划制定与工作执行能力；
7. 掌握丰富的行业市场资源；
8. 综合素质：抗压力强，出色的领导协调和沟通能力。
