职位描述：
Principal Roles & Responsibilities:
? Execute color checking and approval activities during the product life cycle in order to ensure product color co-ordination and production meets with Family Dollar expectations and requirements at all times.
? Closely monitor development and production status to make sure color is approved on time base on production plan. Identify, address and solve color issues with the highest sense of urgency; report to the management and concerned stakeholders in case of issues.
? Support for necessary corrective action plan on any color failures. Continuously seek for process improvement.
? Support the development of building up the fabric and color library.
? Communicate, share information and develop suppliers and team members with respect to color requirements, regulations to ensure understanding with corporate performance requirements and initiatives.
? Review lab dips and strike offs, coordinate with merchandising team for approval status and scheduling issue. Verifying and keep track on their performance and drive for the continuous improvement.
? Collaborate with the sourcing and merchandising teams in resolving issues, overcome any difficulties and constraints of projects and provide necessary support.
? Maintain organized and confidential records for all program activities.
? Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignment as requested by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:
 
？ Bachelor degree in Textile, Engineering, or equivalent.
？ Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences with multinational organizations preferably with exposure to US market.
？ Good understanding on the production process.
？ Knowledgeable on different fabrication to be used for Men/Ladies, Infant, Kids wear, Footwear, Accessories, etc.
？ Hands-on experience for working with suppliers.
？ Good command of written and spoken English.
？ Able to handle stress and work under high work pressure.
？ Good problem solving & decision making skills. Ability to manage process effectively.
？ Positive attitude, open-minded, detailed oriented. A quick learner and a team player.
？ Good interpersonal & communication skill. Ability to communicate with all levels.
？ Good PC skills (eg MS Excel, Word and Outlook.).
