职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Closely communicate with internal customer business teams to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure the purchase tasks are completed in best quality, cost, delivery and service in a timely manner.
? Develop the purchase strategy for indirect material and service, and develop the long term relationship with critical suppliers.
? Develop, introduce and implement appropriate procurement guideline, policy and procedure to ensure all procurement activities are efficient and compliant.
? Provide guidance and governance on potential supplier qualification processes and lead the activities of commodity sourcing projects with request team from supplier selection, commercial negotiation, contract, parts/service delivery, trouble shooting.
? Follow company’s policy to properly manage supplier’s performance and conduct regular supplier business performance review /supplier evaluation in order to minimize the potential business risk and improve cost effectiveness.
? Set targets and lead projects for continuous cost reduction through negotiations, value analysis, long-term agreements as well as supply base and industry knowledge.
? Effectively work with the other regional MRO leaders to effectively implement the policy and strategy locally.
? Ability to effectively lead cross-functional projects in an international environment
? Develop MRO team metrics
? Provide training, as needed, to MRO team and internal business partners
? To ensure purchasing compliance, especially with related regulatory, legal requirements, finance rules and anti-bribery regulations.

Requirements:
? University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent degrees
? Minimum 8 years of MRO purchasing experience in a multinational company and 2 year’s experiences in a leadership role
? Proven track record of strong leadership skills
? Extensive knowledge in MRO management, sourcing, purchasing processes and strategy.
? Strong business focus and good commercial experiences.
? Experience working in a cross-functional and multi- country environment
? Strong negotiation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
? High degree of integrity, code of conduct and business ethics.
? Self-motivation and Proven problem solving skills
