1 Have customer communication skills;

2 Have minimum 2 years power supply or charger manufacturing company experience;

3 Have minimum 2 years customer complaint or service experience;

4 Have the knowledge of power supply failure analysis experience and familiar with circuirt diagram experience;

5 Good at Speaking and written English;

6 To handle the customer complaint;

7 Work with subcontractors to analize customer complaint and prepare 8D paper;

8 Follow up the implamentation of the corrective action of customer complaint and evaluation of the effectiveness.
