职位描述：
1. Deal with monthly social insurance and complete attendance report etc.
2. Deal with employment issues and liaise with labor law & internal policy.
3. Monitor and process monthly attendance (OT & LEAVE) and monthly HR report.
4. Maintain the HR file record, and follow up with staff’s contract sign\Pass probation\contractual renewal.
5. Follow up on staff (i.e. new hires and leavers) check-in and check-out procedures
6. Co-ordinate benefits implementation (e.g. social insurances, medical, pension, etc.)
7. Update employee records & change of personal particulars
8. update HRMS
9. Assist in compensation and benefits projects as necessary
10.Provide ongoing HR support as necessary
11.Assist on recruitment, training & development, employment relationship and staff retention etc.
12.Other job tasks assigned by line Supervisors
岗位要求：
1. College or above degree with at least 3 years experience in HR filed, worked in Fashion jewelry\fashion\retail or related is preferred.
2. Strong sense of team work, analytical skills and numerical sense
3. Outgoing, good interpersonal , good communicative skill
4. Self motivated& able to attend in details
5. Be mature and be smart on problem resolving
6. Responsible, reliable, with sense of urgency, and attitude of “no excuse”
7. Well master office software and be good at data analysis.
8. Strong English ability is preferred.
