任职要求：
Degree in an Engineering Discipline
Excellent Knowledge and practical skill in problem solving tools, 8D, Fish Bone etc.
Good knowledge of quality control tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, etc.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, QS9000 or TS16949, etc.
Able to communicate in English
Good Knowledge of ROHS and HSF.
Customer focused and able to work cross functionally to meet customer requirements.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
任务和职责：
Handle customer quality issues, investigating problems and identifying their root cause and taking corrective actions.
Work with production/SQE to ensure the quality of materials supplied
Manage customer visits and audits and certification body audits
Writing of quality reports for customer complaints and prepare regular report on customer quality to supervisor
Participating in various continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving quality levels
Develop and implement policy and procedures to support a quality management system
Develop and implement ROHS & HSF standard and inspection plan and prepare ROHS & HSF agreement with customers.
Other works if need.
