The EMS SQE should have experience with the medical industry.
1. Assessment of 2 CM’s quality performance and KPIs.
2. Facilitate and drive root-cause corrective actions and continuous improvement.
3. Develop, implement and drive the quality plan and execution at CMs.
4. Customer’s China-based quality representative and liaison between Operations PM and CMs.
5. Drive improvement in customer’s quality standards to minimize ambiguity.
6. Drive supplier root cause corrective actions to address field failures or customer complaints.
7. Perform periodic random audits of CM’s production operations to:
a. Ensure execution of the quality plan.
b. Validate adherence of CMs to customer’s specifications, Bill of Material (BOM), and Approved Vendor List (AVL)
8. Perform periodic out-of-box audits as required to ensure consistent execution to customer quality standards.
9. Initial product development deliverables review at CMs (First articles, etc.) as required to facilitate the product development and product launch processes.
