职位描述：
任职要求：
1、2年以上贸易领域业务管理工作经验.
2、大专以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业.
3、熟悉贸易操作流程，具备贸易领域专业知识.
4、英语四级以上，有较好的计算机操作水平.
5、具有良好的业务拓展能力和商务谈判技巧，公共意识强，具有较强的事业心，团队合作精神和独立处事能力，勇于开拓与创新。


工作职责：
1．部门统筹、工作合理化分配。负责销售团队的分管工作，帮助建立、补充、发展、培养及指导销售队伍，激发团队力量，提高工作效率，带领业务人员积极开拓国际市场。
2．负责市场部相关管理制度的编制与执行、月部门报表的制作，及市场部相关资料的整理、归档。
3．根据客户及市场情况，负责制订年、季度销售计划、制定销售策略。
4．负责参展计划，网络推广规划，产品推广描述撰写工作。
5．负责公司定期的相关销售培训、会议工作。
6．及时收集国外客户的投拆和不合格产品的信息，整理、分析、汇总、分类转交相关部门处理，并把处理结果及时反馈给客户，及时沟 通，做好售前、售后服务。
7. 开展客户满意度的调查和统计工作，及时反应客户的信息。
8．把握市场动态，及时向上级反映国外市场的状况。 举报 分享
