Requirement:
-Major in Industrial engineering, more than 8 years working experience in electronics manufacturing.
-Proficient at layout design and capacity & labor force calculation is a prerequisite.
-Able to work in a team under pressure in a fast pace environment.
-Good English read and write skill, good oral English is plus;
-Self-motivated and creative with bright solutions to sloving & improving manufacturing process problems.
-Familiar use AutoCAD.

Main Responsibilites：
-Direct labor plan base on the business needs, drive crew to Takt.
-Layout design, lead new produciton line setup or reconfiguration per schedule.
-Space utilization and Equipment & Production line OEE investigation & improvement.
