Job Description
2 Collects and maintains C&B information like market practice and government regulations, ensures all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law.
2 Obtains the updated local market information and provides analysis report.
2 Be a resource for HR team, providing internal consultancy to line manager as well as HR team in job offer, promotion, job transfer and other C&B related topics.
2 Develop and continually improve China employee benefits programs to maintain employee satisfaction at a higher level and keep current with the best practices in local industry
2 Take lead of business plan process, providing the forecast on people related costs by giving the best estimation for the next year;
2 Reviews and develops C&B program implementation and administration process.
Job Requirements
2 Bachelor degree in HR, Business Management or relevant majors;
2 5-8 years at senior C&B position in multinational company; working in a matrix organization and holding company is preferred;
2 Experience in handling compensation and benefits administration
2 Familiar with HR system, experiences in SAP operation is preferred;
2 Good knowledge of China Labor Contract Law & local government regulations;
2 Strong planning and organizing skills, ability to deal with multiple tasks under time pressure;
2 Strong analytical and conflict management skills, willing to make tough decision;
2 Enthusiastic, ability to gain trust and confidence from different levels of staff;
2 Fluent in both written and spoken English;
2 Proficiency in the operation of computer software, e.g. excel & powerpoint
