Major Responsibilities:
? To manage and lead the Credit and Portfolio Management team to :
(1) review credit proposals;
(2) assist BU at deal structure improvement to ensure credit applications
quality and appetites align with the Bank's corporate & commercial ("CNC")
business strategy, in compliance with internal and external policy requirements;
(3) conduct proper risk portfolio management.
(4) facilitate implementation of Center of Excellence in CNC.
? To up skill RM's credit analysis skills and proposal writing skills
? To drive streamlining the credit end to end process.
? To review and revise credit policies and guidelines for CNC.

Incumbent Requirements:
? 10 years experience in banking industry with solid experience in credit risk control. Preferably with front line working experience as a RM.
? People management skill and ability at team leading.
? Strong sense of risk and portfolio management.
? Strong credit analytical ability and reasonable business sense.
? Be familiar with corporate and commercial products and services.
? Good knowledge of banking environment and regulatory requirements in China;
? Sensitive to macro economic environment in China.
? Project management skill.
? Be decisive and be able to work independently;
? Self -motivated and willing to work under pressure.
? Good interpersonal skills and communications skills.
? Logical thinking and board minded.
? Good presentation skills and competence of IT skills are value added.
