职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Being as finance lead for at least one business line.
? Perform project performance review including project plan review with project managers on key projects, assist in defining corrective actions and strategies to maintain profitability.
? Review and approve new set up projects cost breakdown and cash flow forecasts.
? Prepare monthly closing reports and adjustments.
? Resourcing plan and capacity reports update.
? Monthly AR BDP WIP review.
? Assist senior manager for preparing monthly outlook and full year plan.
? Provide training to both finance and operation team as necessary.
? Personal drive to process optimize and compliance risk to gain business efficiencies.
? Ad-hoc projects and other tasks assigned by senior finance manager.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related major.
? At least 5 year experience in finance controlling, including minimum 2 year experience as supervisor or business partner.
? Sound understanding of financial and statutory compliance: US GAAP & PRC GAAP, other local accounting and tax regulations.
? Work proactively with very good analytical skill.
? Good communication skill with good command of verbal and written English.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a dynamic environment.
? CPA/ACCA/CMA is a plus. 举报 分享
