职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Closely monitor daily production process Equipment performance (yield, SPC, ESD, 5S, Standard device, jig, safety, calibration, etc.) and give quick feedback and work out improvement action plan
Maintain and repair equipment/jigs/fixtures
Involve/Lead yield improvements and troubleshooting of existing procedures where necessary.
Plan PM/calibration schedules to keep the equipment in best condition
Be responsible for statistical process control, yield and scrap cost tracking.
Production data analysis and report generation
Liaise and communicate internally among all members to ensure smooth operating of the team
Communicate in and between department and team where it is necessary in order to carry out the job responsibility
Organize and plan on spare parts to minimize downtime
Other added responsibility as assign by supervisor

Preferred Qualifications:
Fresh university graduate or with 1-3 years working experience.
Basic knowledge of Mechanical, electrician knowledge. And have the concept in statistical process control.
Good spoken and written English, and application of office software
