职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责改性木材加工方案等相关资料的查询及总结；
2、负责改性木材深加工工艺路线的优化；
3、负责优化实验的设计、验证及总结；
4、提供持续技术支持，参与生产转化项目的技术论证，对生产车间进行技术指导与服务。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、木材科学与工程、木材化学、林场化学等相关专业；熟知各种木材原料的特性；
3、具备三年以上木材加工或有研发经验者优先；
4、动手能力、执行能力、逻辑分析能力、协调沟通能力强。
待遇面议，工作地点在湖北石首、深圳。
