职位描述：
通过销售电话积极开发新客户，建立并维护客户关系
寻找销售机会，根据客户需求准备销售会议和方案合同
完成销售目标KPI，增加销售额，提高服务质量
定期向区域主管汇报工作进展，与内部团队紧密联系
与项目管理、设计、开发等集团部门密切协作，根据客户需求和期望及时准确地提供数码化解决方案
协助市场推广相关活动
Responsibilities:
Make cold calls, proactively communicate with target contacts, establish and maintain client relationship
Generate leads, set up pitch meetings, prepare proposals catered to client demands
Achieve sales target and KPI, help grow and retain revenue with the focus on sales and service performance
Report to the regional head regularly, work closely with in-house supporting teams as required
Work closely across in-house project management, design, and development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital solutions according to client needs and objectives
Support marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed
Ad hoc duties are required

对数码化/传媒解决方案和资本市场的投资者关系领域感兴趣，了解IT编程技术可优先考虑

持有市场营销、传媒、经济、商业管理或相关专业的本科学位
母语为普通话，英语沟通能力好

Qualifications:
Strong selling, presentation and follow-up skills, communicative and proactive
Min 1 year of sales and account management experience; willing to grow with a small and dynamic team
Interested in digital/media solutions and investor relations in capital markets; knowledge in information technology is preferred
Strong time management skill and good ability to solve problems independently
Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business Administration or related majors
Native in Mandarin, communicative in English
Immediate availability is preferred
