职位描述：
入职短期内：
· 在公司的支持下，学习，理解，适应并执行Fabzat公司方所提供的服务和任务
· 负责设计并建立公司技术方面的基础设施（服务器，安全等）
· 负责设计把Fabzat公司方技术适用于中国市场，服务器，程序，SDK(IOS, Android), API, etc. （语言，支付系统等）
· 负责组建公司的核心技术团队，包括：平面设计师、软件开发人员、服务器软件开发等。
· 负责建立符合政府监管要求的包括在App和游戏内销售的客户服务，售后服务等客户权利的政策。
· 负责管理，计划，测试以及运行公司试点计划。
战略与规划：
· 负责评估并决定适合投放于公司的游戏和平台
· 负责领导并管理每个项目的战略规划：
o 识别优先项目并进行规划与执行
o 设定项目评估，发展，服务的具体细分工作和时间
o 建立防火墙以保护公司数据和服务器，并对其进行备份已便于突发事件正常运营。
· 项目技术战略的相关汇报和指令（董事会、管理层、员工、合作伙伴等）
部署与实施：
· 创建电子邮箱服务
· 创建线上客服售后服务（QQ，微信等）
· 软件开发的方法
· 存储过往案例备案用以潜在客户合作借鉴
· 设立监管维护团队针对SDK/API在APP或游戏进行中短期进程评估及维护
· 负责源代码的审查以及测试工作
· 审查并通过及管理更新的技术和提案
· 建立监管测试新技术进程团队（新App/程序/工具/SDK等）
· 建立监控网站访问量和程序使用量的团队
· 网络营销及搜索引擎的技术支持以及优化
运营与管理：
· 通过参加相关议会论坛以及知识广泛收集，及时并持续更新技术标准，产业趋势，相关新兴技术，软件开发测试等。
· 确保并维持新的技术和测试
· 通过分享与讲解新的技术信息利于公司发现更多想法，机遇，挑战
· 给出最低成本的方式解决公司技术上的失误和问题。
· 协助公司通过人事部标准以及工资预算，帮助公司监管招聘，培训，是否保留。组织和谐具有发展空间的员工和团队


任职资格：
教育程度/专业证书：
· 本科以上具有计算机科学专业，及相关专业资格证明
语言与工作经验：
· 具有相当好的英文交流与写作能力（便与法国合作方对接）
· 对公司3D技术与服务具有自身的了解与设想
· 具有3-5年在Android, IOS, 网页等程序开发的工作和管理经验
· SDK系统的开发及运营
· 线上支付系统开发（网页，游戏，App中）
· 对3D与游戏开发有一定了解
· 熟悉市场营销和搜索引擎优化的技术要求
· 熟悉信息技术漏洞及风险监控管理
· 熟悉消费者隐私以及支付行业合规要求

Description
The Chief Technology Officer’s role is to assure the successful execution of the company’s business mission through development and deployment and implementation of the company’s products and services, planning for risk and growth.
Responsibilities
Short-term:
？With the help of the company’s founders, study, understand, design and implement a plan for the adaptation and launch of Fabzat service in China.

？Design and set-up and insure the wellbeing of the company technical infrastructure (servers, security, etc)

？Design a plan to adapt Fabzat’s technology to the Chinese market, Servers, Programs, SDK (IOS, Android), API, etc. (language, payment systems, etc)

？Assist Management in putting together the core team for UUPZ 3D. Including: graphic designers, software developers (android, IOS, web), server software developer, etc.

？Establish a company policy that meets government regulation requirements, and customer’s rights with regards to online sales, in-app/in –game sales, customer service, after-sales services, etc.
？Manage the technical aspects of the planning, testing and launch of UUPZ 3D’s pilot project.

Strategy & Planning
？Evaluate and identify appropriate games / platforms for delivering the company’s services.

？Lead and manage the strategic planning of every project:
- by identifying and prioritizing tasks in project execution
- setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all our service
？Development and execution of:
-an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s data and servers.
-an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan
？Communicate the company’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.

Implementation & Deployment
？Establish email service for the company (in the absence of a system administrator).

？Select and set up web-based after-sale service and customer support communications systems, such as QQ chat, for internal communication of After-sale service (baidu chat, QQ, weixin )(in the absence of a system administrator).

？Collaborate with the founders and potential customers to develop use cases (or user stories) and specifications that describe the implementation of the company’s services as an SDK/API.

？Select or define the company’s software development methodology.

？Establish and supervise the SDK/API incorporation process into APP or games, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress.

？Conduct code reviews and tests on each project before launch.

？Review and approve proposed development releases and manage the release process.

？Establish a developing /coding and supervising process for new Apps/ program new feature / new tools, etc .

？Establish and monitor a web analytics regime that measures site traffic and application usage relative to business goals.
？Support the marketing process by providing implementation of technical requirements for Internet marketing and search engine optimization.

Operational Management
？Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices by attending relevant conferences and reading widely.

？Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.

？Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization’s investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders with regard to the company’s technological vision, opportunities, and challenges.

？Ensure company technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.

？With the help of the company’s founders, supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements.

Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
？University degree in the field of computer science or another rigorous discipline. An advanced degree in one these fields is a plus.

Knowledge & Experience
？Decent Spoken and Written English (required to communicate with our French team)
？Demonstrated ability to envision UUPZ 3D technology and services
？3-5 years experience in managing Android, IOS, Web API application development.
？Strong understanding of SDK’s ecosystem
？Understanding of online monetization issues, more specifically on Web and in-game / in-app online payment systems
？Knowledge in games development and 3D development is required
？Familiarity with technical requirements of Internet marketing and search engine optimization.
？Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.
？Familiarity with consumer privacy and payments industry compliance requirements.
