职位描述：

• Requirement:

1. 2 years of quality work experience, major in science and engineering with college diploma.

2. Good quality philosophy and strong quality consciousness. With interesting on technology and can learn new knowledge initiative.

3. Good communication with other department to deal with quality issues.

4. Reading and writing in English is a plus.

5. Be familiar with ISO9001is a plus.

• Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily work of IQC, IPQC, OQC.

   - Feedback the findings from material IQC to the supplier and internal, require the supplier to improve immediately and make sure the supplier implement the action on time. (Focus on critical components as defined, relieve currently production and mechanical engineer IQC workload )

   - Report the issues detected during IPQC inspection, work with production line to take corrective action. Learn the status of production line everyday. Check if the WI is available and the operation of worker is following the WI, and if test jigs, equipment, ESD are in good maintenance, if all material,WIPs, finished goods were labeled clearly and put in the designated place.

   - Perform the outgoing inspection, work with the production line and service to analyze the defect found during outgoing inspection, make corrective action and make sure the corrective action is implemented accordingly.

2. Follow EC implementation at production: make sure the material, WIP, finished goods before and after change to be processed as the requirement of EC.

3. Support for internal and external audit.

   4. Assist engineers test in quality & production.

任职资格

1. 大专及大专以上文化，理工背景，至少两年品质工作经验。

2. 具有强烈的品质意识。爱好技术，愿意学习。

3. 有较好的沟通能力，具有与其它部门协调处理问题的能力。

4. 有较好的英文读写能力。

5. 对ISO9001一定了解，对电子产品有了解。

岗位职责

1. 负责IQC， IPQC， OQC的日常工作。

   - 及时将来料检测中发现的问题反馈给供应商，并要求供应商做出及时的改善，确保供应商改善措施实施到位。

   - 及时反馈IPQC日常巡检中发现的问题，并与生产一起保证各项改善措施实施到位。

   - 执行出货检查，与生产，服务人员一起对出货检查中发现的问题进行分析，并提出改善措施，确保改善措施执行到位

2. 跟踪工程变更，制程变更，生产变更，确保变更前后物料，半成品，成品的处理按照ECN的要求执行。

3. 协助内，外的审核。

4. 协助工程师完成相关测试，及时，认真完成各项临时指派的任务。
