职位描述：
Position responsibility :
1.Responsible with souring team to manage supplier development, performance and continuous improvement.
2.Responsible for evaluating current and potential suppliers and ensuring continuous
improvement through training, planning and implementing corrective and improvement actions.
3.Responsible to help suppliers in problem solving effectiveness/8D response and implementation.Help resolve Plant quality issues pertaining to suppliers.
4.Monitor the compliance certificate during the NPI
- Early involvement in newly-launched projects, need to assess manufacturing processes during pilot run, work closely with QA, PE & PS team to seek improvement opportunity and carry out CAPA.
5.For first orders of new products and re-started projects, conduct Initial Inspection and Dupro Inspection, and investigate the root causes of main defects/failures by on-site factory audit, propose and implement improvement actions.
6.Customer complaint handling, need to investigate the root causes, propose and implement CAPA.
7.Review/Establish SIC (Specific Inspection Criteria) and to comments on inspection feasibility and provide counter proposal where appropriated.
8.Draw up quality documents when necessary.
9.Provide internal training to QC including but not limited to inspection skills, working procedures or other quality knowledge.
10.Other tasks assigned by QC manager or management

Strong knowledge and experience in implementing ISO9001.
Good judgment in identifying quality problems and familiar with AQL standard.
