职位描述：
工作职责
？ MRO supplier/ material sourcing
？ Sourcing MRO suppliers by different channel: Website, shops, proposal of engineer, etc…
？ Call / Visit the supplier, verify it is capable to produce the MRO material needed
？ Compare spec, price, quality, lead-time, analyze the potential risk, select 2-3 competitive suppliers for trial order
？ Sample for end user test
？ Summary test result, price /lead time etc… for manager approval.
？ MRO material purchasing
？ PR management, respect the rule , keep internal team posted about the status
？ Double check the specification, model number, qty, inspection date with the purchase request dept to make sure the right items are purchased.
？ Compare, negotiation price, payment terms, payment days with supplier
？ Contract for management validation
？ Create PO in AX, provide hard copy for management approval
？ Get CDD and communicate with team

？ Machine purchasing
？ PR rec’d and check detail with request deparement
？ Negotiation details with supplier: Payment term/condition, Technical reference verify with support of Engineer, maintenance service, legal leakage etc…
？ Release PO
？ Machine delivery / install
？ Shipping documents support: such as import permission, machine specification for customs, packing list, invoice, etc…
？ Machine Delivery follow up
？ Machine install arrangement / issue follow up
？ Machine acceptance certificate
？ Issue follow up during Machine maintenance guarantee period
？ Payment follow up
？ Spare parts localization and cost down

？ Supplier management,
？ New supplier development (document collection , product qualify , site audit )
？ New supplier qualification
？ Create Vendor code in AX
？ Monthly KPI review

任职资格
？ 教育背景 Education Background
大学本科以上学历，有印刷、机械或商业的背景优先
College or above with printing, mechanical or business background is preferred.
？ 工作经验 Working Experience
1年以上外企印刷类、塑胶类或机械类物料采购和供应商开发/管理经验。
At least 1 year experience in printing/plastics or mechanical material purchasing and supplier sourcing/management experience in foreign investment company
？ 专业知识 Professional Skills
熟练使用电脑，具备印刷和机械方面知识
Skilled in computer, knowledge of printing and mechanical
较强的成本意识和价值分析能力
