Investment and Business Development Senior Manager

Basic Information:

Responsibilities:
? Being responsible for the business development in water field independently;
? Developing and establishing a stable business development platform and obtaining the first-hand project information;
? Seeking partners for projects;
? Organizing the team to conduct due diligence;
? Evaluating the feasibility of new projects with the help of the inner team and the external consulting companies;
? Participating in negotiation with the clients, partners, acquisition companies and consulting firms;
? Establishing stable relationship with the government, making regular visit and maintaining partnership with clients.
Requirements:
? More than three years business develop experience in the water field (PPP mode), and successful developing PPP projects with the amount of RMB60,000,000(at least) or corporate equity M&A projects in water field; Or being a section-level cadre responsible for public utility or infrastructure construction in the government departments;
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with rich experience in interaction and communication with government officials. Experience in cooperation with Provincial Department of Housing, Provincial Finance Bureau and Provincial Development and Reform Commission is preferred.
? Rich project resources, extensive industry contacts, leadership and coordination of team work;
? Being familiar with the municipal wastewater treatment process;
? Minimum bachelor degree and environmental engineering major prevails;
? Proficient in English and using English as working language;
? Diligent, hardworking, able to travel frequently, willingness of developing with the company.
