Job Responsibilities:
Corporate structure and registration, Contracts, Compliance, labor issues, dispute settlement.
Requirements:
1. A recognized bachelor law degree from prestigious law school, PRC lawyer qualification is a plus.
2. 5 years more relevant experience with good knowledge of the real estate law, corporation law, contracts law, labor law, and other laws relating to foreign enterprises, experience with process units is a plus.
3. Excellent written and spoken English, ability to use English as working language government authorities.
4. Able to work effectively with high quality.
5. A self-starter with a “can do” approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.
6. Ability to prioritize efforts and efficiently work under pressure.
7. Mature, pleasant personality, excellent team player.
