Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree in Engineering departments
? Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality or production in one of CHARGER or ADAPTOR OR TRANSFORMER manufacturing processes
? Knowledge about power electronical component and products
? Knowledge about safety regulations and safety tests
? Good command of English,
? No restriction for travelling
? Living in or willing to relocate to Shenzhen
Job Description:
? Making process audits of current and potential suppliers
? Making supplier development studies determined about quality issues
? Drives process and systemic quality improvements, at assigned supplier sites, through the use of quality tools (SPC, APQP, Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, etc)
? Monitoring process quality performance of suppliers
? Managing supplier's quality problems and responsible for supplier’s urgent and permanent corrective actions
? Proactively support supplier development and business review process
? Responsible from process quality, test and inspection activities in the supplier side for preventing to ship nonconformity materials to plant 举报 分享
