Responsibilities:
? Participate in Regional Marketing daily operation: Reporting of marketing-related issues to Regional Director and Regional Marketing Manager on a daily basis; support Regional Director and Regional Marketing Manager to monitor dealers' performance.
? Support Regional Marketing Managers to launch regional marketing campaign and special projects; Coach and monitor the regional marketing campaign execution by dealers.
? Daily operation and communication with Central marketing team, Regional marketing team and Porsche Centers. Support and facilitate to the national retail campaign to be prepared and executed at the dealer level. Facilitate regional marketing workshops.
? Support Dealer marketing: day to day consultation and support of Porsche Centre local marketing activities and managing Porsche Centers’ daily requests promptly; Support Regional Marketing Managers to guide Porsche Centers to make and sign the yearly Dealer Marketing Plan (DMP) to optimize the dealer marketing operation performance.
? Create dealer profile and reports; provide dealers' feedback to regional marketing team, enhancing bi-way communication; support dealer local event quality check.
? Coach new Porsche Centers for the opening issues in marketing area, share best practice between the dealers.
? Internal cross-functional coordination of national marketing plan concept development.
? Internal cross-functional coordination of national marketing activities.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree, major in Marketing, Advertisement, Business Administration is preferred
? At least 3 years’ working experience, knowledge in marketing field is preferred
? Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent
? Fluent in both oral and written English
