职位描述：
GENERAL OVERVIEW:
To support the quality director to manage the NPD program in APAC. To drive the NPD projects being executed in accordance with the established procedures and being completed successfully to meet the launch target and quality requirements.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
? Work with the PMO to oversee all the NPD projects in APAC
? To work closely with Segment quality lead to implement NPD process
? Review the progress of NPD projects and take corrective actions as necessary
? Coordinate with cross functional teams like marketing, engineering and sourcing for any issues in the implementation of NPD process
? Monitor each phase of NPD process from QP0 through QP5 to achieve flawless launch and Report the metrics of LSR to the management team

REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
? Project management experience, NPI experience
? Minimum 5 years of applicable experience; consumer products experience a plus
? Quality management system (ISO 9000, ISO 16949, SA 8000, etc)
? Manufacturing processes (fabrication and assembly)
? Effective presentation, communication, and professional skills
? Project management
? Ability to lead cross functional teams
? Excellent analytical, problem solving and project leadership skills
