职位描述：
工作目标：
To execute projects with good outcome in terms of project quality, delivery time and service level.
高效执行项目，注重项目的质量、交货期和服务水平。

工作职责：
1. Direct and supervise team members to carry out tests according to standards on the qualified area;
根据相关标准，在其授权领域，指导和监督检测人员执行测试；
2. Be responsible for the technical results of projects;
对项目的技术结果负责；
3. Executing projects with meeting customers’ expectation;
根据客户的需求执行项目；
4. Maintain good relationship with the customer.
与客人保持良好的关系。

工作任务：
1. Make basic analysis and decision on technical issues;
对各项技术问题进行基础的分析及判断；
2. Initiate the project schedule with test plan and monitor the outcome;
实行包括测试计划在内的项目计划并监控其结果；
3. Provide Instruction to test engineers on how to perform the tests;
指导测试工程师如何进行测试；
4. Review test result and provide test data for report compiling;;
审核测试结果和数据，整理归档清楚以供报告撰写；
5. Provide supports to certification when needed;
在需要的情况下，提供与认证相关的支持；
6. Communicate with client about test result or technical issues or job status;
与客户沟通测试结果、技术问题或项目进度；
7. Interpret the standard requirements;
解释相关标准的要求；
8. Provide support to the Market Segment personnel by making workload calculation on specific projects;
通过核算工作量，给市场营销团队的员工提供相关支持；
9. Provide supports to the Mark Segment personnel in promoting testing services or account developments.
给市场营销团队的员工提供相关支持以推广测试服务或发展客户。

工作经验：
Technical/standard knowledge, at least 2-3 years laboratory testing experience or equivalent.
具有技术/相关标准的专业知识，至少2-3年以上实验室测试的相关经验。

学历：
Bachelor degree holder.
本科学历。

专业知识与技能：
1. Project management skills;
具有项目管理技巧；
2. Qualification on his/her responsible area.
负责的检测领域项目获得技术资质授权。
3. Good in oral and written English
良好的英语读写能力
4. Communication and interpersonal skills.
具有良好的沟通与人际交往能力。
