职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责对团队中的项目工程师和地盘工程师项目进行规范的培训、指导和监督。
2. 负责管理及协调分包商及服务供应商。
3. 负责项目需求管理、工作量评估、开发计划跟进协调、主导项目监控计划的制定、跟踪监控与分析，提出管理改进建议并推进改进。
4. 负责项目开发流程的引导和审计，提供项目开发过程可视化；引导有效的技术评审，督促项目各阶段工程交付按计划输出与归档。
5. 负责项目绩效的跟踪、预警、数据收集和考核，并提出项目绩效管理改进建议；
6. 协助项目资源协调，包括资源调配、资源承诺等，解决资源冲突，提出资源优化建议。
7. 引导项目开展度量分析及质量改进活动，开展项目开发过程、工程方法及质量管理方法的研究；
8. 负责对内外项目汇报、项目数据提供、对外信息的质量审核，确保对外接口工作的有效落实。
9. 完成部门经理安排的工作，协助管理部门综合事宜。

职位要求
1. 通信工程、计算机及管理相关专业，大学本科及以上，获得PMP相关证书优先；从事研发工作2年以上，具有数据中心部门项目管理工作经历优先；
2. 具备项目管理知识，熟悉FPD、CMMI、Scrum、PMBOK或ITSS；致力于将项目管理知识、技能、工具和技术应用到项目活动中去，追求高质量、高效率的项目产出；
3. 熟练掌握各类办公软件的使用；具备较强的组织与协调能力；
4. 善于主动思考，自我驱动；具有较强的学习、沟通及协调能力，良好的团队合作意识，责任感强，能承受工作压力。
