Job Purpose/Summary
We are looking for a skilled manufacturing test engineer for manufacturing test system development and ensure the products of our company be manufactured with good quality and low cost. The main responsibility is developing manufacturing test software, validating and deploying them to factory following company’s process, supporting products trial run build in factory and debugging issues found during build.

Key Accountabilities
1. Develop new MFT tools, maintain and optimize to suit various products accordingly.
2. Validate and release the executed test tools to factory.
3. Prepare introduction document and related BOM to data system.
4. Provide support for production locally or travelling to the factory, and follow up any technical issues and yield analysis, test time optimizations.
5. Work with test fixture development for various products, ensure functionality before transferring to factory, and their maintenance.

Required Education, Experience and Competencies
6. Undergraduate degree in Communication or Engineering plus 1+ years’ experience in visual C++ or similar programming language, and worked in test manufacturing environment for GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/LTE or similar.
7. Familiar with 3G/4G platform and is required to study, understand and create the platform’s RF calibration and test code to meet new product requirement.
8. Good co-operation ability with other team members.
9. Good English reading, writing and speaking.
10. Able for the travels to factory or offices locally or internationally.

Desired Education, Experience and Competencies
11. Experience of MFT tools on Qualcomm platform.
