Responsibilities

Monitor brand sales performance, inventory analysis and forecasting for merchandising implementation for different business area
Build and manage overall product assortment plan to deliver seasonal product stories.
Work closely with sales team to confirm and follow wholesales orders , ensure implementing new item launch according to company plan.
Prepare business analysis in order to monitor sales and profit targets based on seasonal business plan for different business area
Develop both internal and external partnerships that leverage resources and improve Merchandising responsiveness.
Participates in functional discussions and initiatives across departments.
Assist Merchandising head to execute plans for seasonal buying and OTB in order to meet the company's business objectives

Job Requirements

· Minimum 4 years' experience in Merchandising, Product Marketing, Retail Buying, and Sales.

· Strong analytical mind and financial skill , show ability to prepare business analysis and show the findings.

· Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives, result-oriented.

· Good communication skill and team player, proactive and able to build good network with internal and external partners.

· Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

· Fluent in English & Mandarin speaking and writing.
