Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
1. Assist the team leader in formulating specific strategies and tactical action plans to develop long-term sustainable & profitable business with targeted accounts. To coordinate the Sales Marketing activities in FWS channel to ensure that the strategy is closely followed and effectively implemented by the sales team.
2. Build up the win-win relationship with the assigned OEM accounts, to influence FWs to choose Castrol as the exclusive lubes supplier. Owner of relationship with key OEM regional management network.
3. Fully utilize all available internal & outside resources and support functions to secure new business and ensure targeted accounts receive professional service & marketing support to strengthen partnership & maximize sales with targeted OEM accounts.
4. Keep close relationship with Strategic Accounts, and the related regional OEM team to play an important role in linking the country OEM team with relevant global/regional stakeholders
5. Help the sales marketing teams support the development and implementation of effective and innovative offers according to customer needs, e.g. Professional Offer to take care of strategic accounts and meet their needs beyond their expectation in advance.
6. Continual re-evaluate & update the development & change of strategic accounts and then better understand business performance to ensure corrective actions to be implemented. Summarize and share the best practice among OEM network and internal sales network regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Automotive/Business or above
- At least five year work experiences and two-year successful working history in Sales/Marketing or B2B business
- Willing to work with OEM Key A/C
- Strong capability of leadership, a team player
- Strong key AC business sense of Auto lubes as well as the wide auto industry awareness
- Expert at building up relationship with key AC with the high culture sensitivity
- Good Negotiation & Influence Skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Good project management skills
- Able to communicate in English, German plus are preferred
- Basic finance knowledge for trading company
- Strategic thinking skills
