1. Responsible for internal process daily quality monitoring and system assurance ( including machining and assembly)

2. Take responsibility for measurement device and tools design, align with company quality mission to enhance inspection capacity and efficiency

3. Follow up process critical quality improvement, address 8D approach committing to cause identification and standardized prevention

4. Carry out IQC routine statistics analysis, committed to robust quality guiding and QC process optimization.

5. Work in the cross function team as a powerful team player

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

2. Integrity, self-motivated, energized, good communication and cooperation skill

3. More thant 5 working experience of quality or technology field in machinery manufacturing plant

4. Capable in problem solving and negotiations with strong interpersonal skills



1.全面负责公司内部质量管控，包括外购零件质量判断，协调采购、生产、技术部门解决生产过程中遇到的质量问题。

2.负责部门量具、工装的设计、改良工作，提高检验团队工作绩效。

3.追踪生产过程中的关键质量问题，通过8D等质量工具找出问题根源并做好预防工作。

4.递交IQC日常统计分析报告，优化质量检验流程及相关工作。

5.具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力。

任职要求：

1.本科学历，机械工程及相关专业。

2.正直、诚实，热爱质量工作，能自我激励。

3.5年以上相关工作经验，具备较强的机械设计、工艺制造等方面知识的候选人可优先考虑。

4.较强的问题解决能力及良好的人际沟通能力。
