岗位描述：
1、负责华东地区分销商的开发；
2、负责分销政策的制订；
3、负责分销业务的开展,分销商的开发筛选和业务辅导；
4、负责竞争对手对外销售政策及市场竞争品牌销售策略的调研；
5、负责分销商资格、经营信息的审查、日常收集、落实、调查；
6、负责分销数据的分析和整理；
7、负责检查分公司分销业务的开展工作情况；
8、负责监督、检查、指导分销人员分销工作。
任职资格
1、年龄：25-35，大专以上学历；
2、有3年以上的市场销售工作经验，或2年以上的销售主管（经理）工作经验（有家电的全国分销经验者为佳）；
3、积极热情，责任心强；
4、要善于和分销商沟通、鼓励，建立良好的工作关系；
5、协助或指导分销商建立规范的销售体系及市场运作计划，保证走访频率，完成对分销商的指标检查；
6、具有较强的公关、谈判、沟通能力,以及独立的市场渠道开拓能力。
