To match with our growing business needs, we are now seeking a high calibre team player to join our Seating & Decor Business Unit.

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Seating and Decor (S&D) Operations in Hong Kong. He/she will lead the growing S&D operations team in China , responsible for project management & implementation, and to source & develop new business to achieve maximum financial success.

Responsibilities:

- To lead and manage the functional team in China to ensure maximum service levels for our customers both in

China and our export market

- To ensure the effective implementation of the management's plans with regards to business goals and objectives

- To assist in streamlining internal and manufacturers' processes to attain efficiency gains and generate cost

savings, and develop sustainable and quantifiable business process improvements

- To keep abreast with the supply market trends and develop strong supplier relationships and alliances with

strategic partners and key suppliers, as well as identifying new client / business initiative

- To prepare sales analysis, forecasts and strategies at project level to strengthen existing business

- To be accountable for project management, working with cross-functional projects in planning, resourcing,

supply & sub-contract management; ensuring project results meet requirements relating to design/technical

quality, reliability, schedule & cost etc.

Requirements:

- Degree in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent qualifications

- At least 8 years' experience in manufacturing and sourcing disciplines, of which min. 4 years at supervisory /

managerial level

- Experience in the furniture industry and in multi-disciplinary team leading are preferred

- Solid sourcing , product and costing experience, knowledgeable about logistics management is desirable

- Proven track record in business development

- Strong supervisory & leadership skills, able to negotiate with internal & external customers

- Strong business ethics and high level of integrity

- Mature, well-organized, result-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure

- Excellent written and spoken English with good communication skills & hands on experience in Word, Excel and

Outlook

- Station in Guangzhou; frequent traveling is required

Candidates with less experience but with high potential to be our key project player may be considered for Assistant Manager position.
