职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略规划要求，负责执行阶段性的市场运营计划、物流方案及市场拓展计划
2、建立并优化国际物流路线，保证时效性，控制海外物流风险，降低海外物流成本。
4、处理运输过程中发生的损毁或质量问题，联系运输公司、保险公司进行索赔;
5、全面协助总经理开展工作，负责对销售部进行培训、管理、激励等工作。
6、负责完成上级领导交办的其他事务。

任职资格：
1、大学专业以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易或管理类相关专业；
2、1年以上物流相关工作经验，熟悉国际运输方式。
3、具备较强的沟通谈判能力、数据分析与执行能力、沟通与组织策划能力；
4、具有较强的事业进取心与自我激励能力，能承受快速发展型企业带来的工作压力；
5、工作细致、严谨，有良好的职业道德，具有很强的责任心和进取心。
 

工作时间：单休，每天工作7.5/h 上午9:00-12:00 下午14:00-18:30
