职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Lead, supervise and manage the Accounts Payable Team to perform daily AP work and duties in a timely and accurate manner
2. Work closely with Treasury Team to set up bank payment instructions and actively plan and co-ordinate monthly payment schedules.
3. Assist & Participate in Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Reportings in Oracle
4. Assist & Participate Manager in training, Expense Reviews and Budget Performance Analysis..
5. Assists & Participate in Internal/External Audits, Tax & Custom Audits and any statutory enquiries….
6. Maintain good communication and good working relationship with Other Teams, other Departments and Headquarters to ensure smooth operations
7. From time to time, review and propose new work flow and procedures as deemed appropriate for continuous improvement on work quality and work efficiency
8. Train and foster the Growth and development of fellow team members by providing guidance on work flow, work procedures and work processes
9. Take up new assignment, from time to time, as assigned from Manager
Key Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 6-8 years or above working experiences in Finance and Accounting Function
3. At least 2 years team mentoring or supervising experience
4. Be familiar with the whole Account Payable process
5. Working experience in multi-national company and/or SSC working experience would be a big plus
6. Strong communication and coordination skill
7. Strong ability at Microsoft Excel and Word
8. Quick learner and Can work under pressure
9. Work independently and resolve issues with logic mind-set
10. Be fluent in both written and oral English, CET-6 is a must
