Functional Responsibilities:

Manage, organize paperwork and prepare documents, copy and collate materials;
Maintain well organized central filling system that allows for easy tracking of information;
Maintain and update contractor/vendor information data;
Extensive data entry, monitor and report on various design change documents;
Prepare meeting minutes, project correspondence, spreadsheets and power point presentations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor degree and above;
3 years minimum working experience within an international company in documents control function for large projects;
Ability to effectively listen and respond to internal and external contacts;
Ability to use and has sufficient knowledge of computer software currently utilized by Tishman Speyer, to include the most current versions of following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Acrobat;
Basic understanding of the commercial and/or residential real estate construction process in China, drawings, contracts and system procedures is preferred;
High integrity, personal responsibilities, and initiative;
Highly organized and detail oriented; strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing. 举报 分享
