Primary Responsibilities:
"The Supply Chain Planner will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy
Specific duties include:
1. Oversee and manage the Master Schedule and Global product build plan
2. Coordinate the master production schedule for the business, review sales contracts and analyze production databases
3. Load Global Forecast into NetSuite
4. Interface with Program Management and Engineering to develop, track and update detailed Integrated Project Plans covering all aspects of NPI to Turnkey development
5. Interface with Project Team and Supply Chain to schedule and track production build plan
6. Interface with the Logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of products
7. Manage inventories to eliminate and prevent excess and inactive materials
8. Drive accurate business forecast with easy to access and transparent data
9. Follow up manufactory daily production request to achieve the delivery schedule
10. Drive identification of opportunities to improve and ensure delivery of financial commitments
11. Drive scheduling discussions with the region to focus on a rolling 13-week outlook as well as quarter delivery
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Inventory Management and Warehouse Modules, Materials, or Production Planning and Control
Position Requirements:
Previous scheduling experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong influencing skills within a matrix organization
Strong business sense DTK
Ability to motivate and influence individuals and teams
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
